The Celebrity Traitors star James Blunt is making major waves in the music world. Following his hit summer single, the singer-songwriter has confirmed both a brand-new studio album and an extensive live tour.

Whether you’re following his tactical moves in the Scottish Highlands on TV or waiting for new music, here is the complete lowdown on James Blunt’s upcoming album, latest singles, and tour dates.

New Album: Airplane Mode

James Blunt’s eighth studio album, Airplane Mode, will officially release on November 6 via Atlantic Records.

The 12-track LP serves as the direct follow-up to his 2023 record Who We Used To Be. Billed as a true return to form, most of the project was recorded at Pig Music Studios in Banbury, Oxfordshire.

Reflecting on the recording process, Blunt shared:

“Somewhere back there, I lost my way, but found it again in a studio in Banbury.”

The album includes the newly released acoustic track “Weight Of It All”, which explores the pressures of modern life, as well as his earlier single “Tastes Like Summer”.

Pre-orders for the album are open now via his official link.

Latest Single: “Circles”

Following his summer tune ‘Tastes Like Summer’, James Blunt has now released its follow-up ‘Circles’. The song will feature on his upcoming album ‘Airplane Mode’, which is due out in November.

‘Circles’ is a song inspired by the music James wanted to make when he first started out, and is about things that keep you up at night.
