Where to Watch Boyzone: One for the Road documentary and farewell concert on TV
Airdate: November 2026 on Sky TV and NOW
Irish pop icons Boyzone are set to return to screens for their final chapter. Sky TV has officially confirmed that the highly anticipated official reunion film, Boyzone: One For The Road, will premiere this November.
The premiere will be followed by a broadcast of the group’s landmark ‘One for the Road’ concert, recorded live in front of tens of thousands of fans at London’s Emirates Stadium in June 2026.
The Backstory: Unfinished Business and Long-Awaited Answers
The announcement follows the massive success of the Sky Original documentary series Boyzone: No Matter What, which shattered viewing records and reignited global affection for one of the most successful boybands in British and Irish pop history.
While No Matter What chronicled the group’s meteoric rise to fame, sudden heartbreaks, and original split, Boyzone: One For The Road turns the camera on the present. The new feature-length film offers an intimate, behind-the-scenes look as band members Ronan Keating, Keith Duffy, Shane Lynch, and Mikey Graham prepare to reunite on stage for the final time.
Carrying decades of shared personal history, emotional baggage, and unresolved tensions left lingering after their 2019 farewell tour, the four bandmates come together to face their past head-on. This time, the goal is clear: to resolve old rivalries, honor their late bandmate Stephen Gately, and say goodbye on their own terms.
What to Expect from Boyzone: One For The Road
- Raw Behind-the-Scenes Access: Cameras follow Ronan, Keith, Shane, and Mikey into rehearsals and private conversations as they prepare for the emotional weight of their final stadium run.
- Tackling Past Tensions: The band delves into the unfinished business left behind after their 2019 tour, candidly working through friction to give both themselves and their fans the proper send-off they deserve.
- Honoring Stephen Gately: The special features emotional reflections and tributes to Stephen, whose loss in 2009 continues to shape the group’s bond.
