Coronation Street changes due to tonight’s football
Coronation Street fans heading to ITV1 on Tuesday evening are in for a schedule surprise. The flagship soap has been dropped from its usual slot to accommodate live international football, shifting the broadcast pattern for the rest of the week.
Fans will have to wait a little longer to see how Jodie Ramsey’s (Olivia Frances Brown) downfall plays out.
If you are trying to figure out when to catch up on the drama in Weatherfield, here is the full breakdown of this week’s schedule changes and why the usual timetable has been rearranged.
Why Is Coronation Street Not On Tuesday Night?
ITV1 has pulled Coronation Street from its usual Tuesday night lineup to air live international sports coverage.
Instead of soap drama, the network is broadcasting live coverage of the UEFA Nations League clash between England and Czechia, with the broadcast running continuously from 7:00pm to 10:05pm.
