Strictly Come Dancing is gearing up for another spectacular week, with the celebrity contestants and their professional partners preparing to take to the ballroom floor for a fresh round of performances.
As revealed throughout the week on It Takes Two, the couples have now discovered which songs they will be dancing to in Week Three, with a diverse mix of musical styles, iconic hits and emotional ballads set to feature in Saturday night’s show.
From passionate tangos and dramatic Paso Dobles to energetic Sambas and crowd-pleasing Jives, the upcoming performances promise to deliver plenty of entertainment as the celebrities continue their journeys in the competition. With the pressure beginning to build, each couple will be hoping to impress the judges, win over the audience at home and secure their place in the next round.
Strictly Week Three: All the Songs and Dances Revealed
The Week Three line-up features 14 couples, each taking on a different dance style and musical challenge.
Bethany and Nancy will perform an American Smooth to Love Song by Sara Bareilles, offering an opportunity to combine elegant ballroom movement with the romantic feel of the popular track.
Dani and Nikita will take on the Tango to Robin S’s dance classic Show Me Love. The couple will need to deliver the sharp footwork, precision and intense connection that make the Tango such a distinctive ballroom dance.
Delta and Kai are set to bring Latin energy to the floor with a Salsa medley featuring Always There and Ain’t Nobody, associated with Jocelyn Brown and Chaka Khan respectively. The performance will give the pair the chance to showcase rhythm, musicality and lively choreography.
Jaime and Carlos will embrace the romance of the Viennese Waltz with Never Tear Us Apart by INXS. The song’s emotional atmosphere provides a fitting backdrop for a dance built around flowing movement, sweeping turns and graceful rotation around the ballroom.
Lacey and Vito will be performing a Samba to Bamboléo by the Gipsy Kings. With its infectious Latin rhythms, the track is well suited to a lively routine that will require bounce, energy and confident hip action.
Melanie and Aljaž will turn up the fun with a Charleston to Gina G’s Ooh Ahh… Just a Little Bit. The upbeat pop hit offers plenty of scope for the playful character, fast footwork and exuberant movements associated with the dance.
Dame Sarah and Julian will take on the dramatic Paso Doble to Sia’s version of California Dreamin’. The performance will require a strong sense of theatricality, commanding shaping and the powerful characterisation that define one of Strictly’s most striking Latin dances.
Tabby and Mark will enter the world of the Argentine Tango with Ariana Grande’s hate that i made you love me. The style calls for intricate footwork, close connection and controlled, dramatic movement, making it a challenge that will test the couple’s precision and chemistry.
Cach and Maddie will perform a Couple’s Choice routine to RAYE’s Beware.. The South London Lover Boy. As with every Couple’s Choice performance, the dance gives the pair an opportunity to explore a more individual style of choreography and bring their own interpretation to the ballroom floor.
Graeme and Lauren will be hoping to get the audience moving with a Jive to Jackie Wilson’s Reet Petite. The classic track is a natural match for the dance’s upbeat tempo, quick kicks, flicks and energetic character.
John and Katya will tackle the Cha Cha to Justin Timberlake’s Rock Your Body. The routine will demand rhythmic precision, confident hip action and the ability to make the dance’s distinctive steps look effortless.
Lawrence and Jowita will slow things down with a Rumba to sombr’s back to friends. The performance will give them the opportunity to explore the dance’s expressive qualities, with controlled movement, musical interpretation and emotional connection likely to be important.
Shaun and Alexis will take on the Quickstep to I’m a Believer by The Monkees. The lively song should provide a cheerful backdrop for a dance that combines fast travelling steps, intricate footwork and the light, buoyant quality required to move confidently around the floor.
Finally, Will and Dianne will perform a Waltz to With You I’m Born Again by Billy Preston and Syreeta. The romantic ballad sets the scene for a performance focused on elegance, smooth movement and a strong connection between partners.
With such a varied selection of songs and dance styles, Week Three is shaping up to be another entertaining night for Strictly fans. The couples will now be working hard in training to turn their chosen tracks into polished performances, knowing that every detail could make a difference when they face the judges.
Ballroom Meets Latin in a Special Week Three Results Show
The excitement will continue on Sunday night, when Strictly Come Dancing returns to BBC One and BBC iPlayer for its Week Three results show.
The programme, which begins at 7.10pm on Sunday, 11 October, will feature more than just the usual results and the tension surrounding the competition. Viewers can also look forward to a special group performance celebrating two of the show’s defining dance styles: Ballroom and Latin.
Two teams of professional dancers will go head-to-head in a Ballroom versus Latin showdown, each hoping to claim victory in a battle of technique, performance and style.

Adding to the occasion, judges Shirley Ballas and Anton Du Beke will take to the dance floor as part of the special group performance, giving viewers another chance to see two familiar faces showcase their dancing skills away from the judging panel.
Overseeing the contest will be head judge Craig Revel Horwood, who will take on the role of referee. He will be joined by professional dancer Neil Jones as his assistant, ensuring that proceedings have an extra dose of Strictly personality.
The showdown promises to celebrate the contrasting qualities of Ballroom and Latin dancing, from the elegance and flowing movements of the former to the rhythm, energy and fiery performances associated with the latter.

But which team will emerge victorious? With the professionals ready to demonstrate their skills and the judges stepping into the action, the special performance is set to be a highlight of Sunday’s programme.
Who Will Be Leaving Strictly Come Dancing in Week Three?
Alongside the special group performance, the results show will reveal which couples have done enough to stay in the competition and which will face the dreaded dance-off.
As the celebrities continue to develop their technique and confidence, the competition is likely to become increasingly demanding. A strong performance on Saturday night could prove crucial, but the results will ultimately determine which couples must fight for their place in the competition.
For the contestants, the goal will be to deliver performances that impress the judges and win the support of viewers at home. For fans, meanwhile, the combination of new routines, professional dancing and the tension of the results promises another must-watch Strictly weekend.
With 14 couples taking on a wide range of dances in Week Three, there will be plenty to discuss when the scores are announced and the public vote comes into play.
Strictly Come Dancing continues on BBC One and BBC iPlayer, with the Week Three results show airing from 7.10pm on Sunday, 11 October.
Who will shine on the dance floor, which professional team will win the Ballroom versus Latin showdown, and which couples will find themselves in danger? All will be revealed on Sunday evening.
