Big Brother tonight: Yasmin takes on secret Halloween missions as housemates grow suspicious

Big Brother returns to ITV2 and ITVX tonight at 9pm as Yasmin gets up to tricks in the House of Horror, while whispers and strange behaviour leave housemates questioning what is really going on.

The Halloween chaos continues in the Big Brother house tonight as the housemates wake up to a week of frightening twists, spooky surprises and sinister tasks. But while Yasmin is busy carrying out a secret mission, her fellow contestants are beginning to notice that something does not feel quite right.

With instructions to keep her activities hidden, Yasmin must play along with Big Brother’s terrifying tricks without revealing what she has been asked to do. Meanwhile, whispers around the house are fuelling suspicion, leaving Rochelle and Philip wondering whether their fellow housemates are hiding something from them.

Yasmin takes on a terrifying secret mission

The housemates wake up to discover they are living in the House of Horror, with Big Brother warning them that a week of frightening challenges lies ahead.

Big Brother tells the housemates, “Big Brother has a week of terrifying twists, spooky surprises and horrifying tasks waiting for you. Housemates, stay alert – keep your friends close and your enemies closer.”

Yasmin is soon summoned to the Diary Room, where she is offered a choice between a trick and a treat.

When Big Brother asks, “Would you like a trick or treat?”, Yasmin makes her preference clear, replying, “I want a treat, I want a treat, I want a treat.”

However, getting her hands on a reward will not be quite so straightforward. Big Brother explains that she will have to earn her treat and lays down one crucial condition: nobody else in the house can discover what she is doing.

Yasmin is then sent to the task room, where she meets Florence Frightengale, who is waiting to give her a series of creepy instructions.

Florence welcomes Yasmin by asking, “I’ve been waiting for someone to play with me. Will you be my friend?”

The first challenge is to persuade three housemates to join Yasmin on a ghost hunt around the house, searching for signs of paranormal activity. Once she has secretly completed the mission, she must return to Florence in the Snug and report back.

But Florence has more tricks up her sleeve.

After completing the ghost-hunting challenge, Yasmin is instructed to choose one housemate and secretly follow them around the house without being caught. She must also find another housemate and stare directly into their eyes for as long as possible, before greeting their discomfort with a big smile.

With several tasks to complete and the risk of discovery hanging over her, Yasmin will need to keep her composure if she hopes to secure her treat.

Can she pull off the spooky missions without raising the alarm, or will her fellow housemates work out what she is up to?

Rochelle questions Rhianna’s behaviour

While Yasmin gets to work on her secret mission, the atmosphere inside the house begins to change, with some housemates sensing that something is not quite right.

Rhianna and Rochelle are in the bathroom when Rochelle confronts her friend about her behaviour.

“Rhianna, why do you seem a bit weird? Am I imagining it?” Rochelle asks.

Rhianna wants to know why Rochelle thinks she is acting differently, prompting Rochelle to explain, “I don’t know. You just don’t seem yourself.”

Rhianna insists that she is being herself, but admits that she has a lot on her mind, telling Rochelle, “I think I’m being completely me. There’s just a lot of things in my head.”

The conversation leaves questions hanging over the pair’s relationship, with Rochelle seemingly unconvinced that everything is as normal as it appears.

Later, Rochelle and Philip discuss the strange atmosphere in the bedroom. Rochelle remarks that the house has become unusually quiet, adding, “It feels too quiet today. Something strange afoot.”

Philip agrees that something feels different, describing how the sudden whispering among the housemates has made him uncomfortable.

“I jumped up and said ‘what’s going on in here? Everyone f**ing whispering’. It makes me feel very uncomfortable,”* he explains.

Rochelle then admits that she is particularly suspicious of Yasmin, saying, “Something with Yasmin – I don’t know what she is up to. She’s been really weird to me. And even Rhianna – suddenly, I don’t know what it is.”

With the housemates seemingly growing closer to one another, Philip begins to worry that he and Rochelle could be in danger when nominations come around.

“All of them are starting to get very, very close. I didn’t want to say anything to you but I think me and you will be up,” he tells her.

As Yasmin attempts to complete her secret Halloween challenges, the growing suspicion could make it increasingly difficult for her to stay under the radar.

Are Rochelle and Philip simply picking up on Yasmin’s spooky antics, or is something more sinister brewing behind the scenes?
