Is there intelligent life out in the cosmos, or are we truly alone in the universe? Bradley Walsh is back on the trail of history’s greatest unexplained mysteries, trading pyramid tombs for deep-space theories in his brand-new factual travelogue series.
Speaking on The One Show, Bradley said “either we’re alone in this world or we’re not. Both prospects are equally terrifying”.
Following on from his popular 2025 docuseries Bradley Walsh: Egypt’s Cosmic Code, this global investigation sees the nation’s favourite quiz host turn alien hunter. Armed with an open mind, his signature quick wit, and a healthy dose of everyday British scepticism, Bradley sets out to examine the evidence behind UFOs, USOs (unidentified submerged objects), Atlantis, crop circles, and the ancient enigmas of Stonehenge.
The journey takes him across the globe—from stakeouts with UFO investigators at the Kitt Peak Observatory in Arizona to Sweden’s vast extraterrestrial archives and the waters off Gibraltar. In the opening episode, Bradley ventures closer to home at Rendlesham Forest, famous as “Britain’s Roswell,” and sits down with experts including former MoD official Nick Pope to ask the big questions: If visitors are out there, why hasn’t it broken on the News at 10?
Whether he’s boat-hopping in search of lost cities or standing in a Wiltshire crop field, Bradley plays the relatable “everyman jury” for the audience. He may not be a complete believer yet, but as he promises, the truth-seeking ride is full of wonder, fascinating theories, and plenty of laughs along the way.
Verdict: Entertaining, curious, and effortlessly charming—don’t miss the launch this Tuesday at 9pm on Sky History. All episodes will also be available to stream on HISTORY Play.
