Full Preview: Big Brother, tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX
Tonight’s Big Brother sees tensions rise across the House as Twinks and Lynx go head-to-head in a task for power, while Omar and Rhianna’s complicated relationship faces another test and Frankie finds himself on the receiving end of a sharp comment.
There is no shortage of drama in tonight’s episode of Big Brother, with a battle for control setting the scene for a series of awkward confrontations, simmering jealousy and sharp exchanges between the Housemates.
With Gemma Collins stepping in to moderate the latest task, the pressure is on for the red and blue teams to prove themselves. Meanwhile, Omar and Rhianna continue to navigate their increasingly tense dynamic, and a conversation about the upcoming shopping task leaves Frankie questioning Rhianna’s intentions.
Twinks and Lynx face off for power over the House
The Housemates gather on the sofa for a task that could give one team power over the House.
Rob chooses Twinks to represent the red team, while Samuel picks Lynx for the blue team. The pair head to the task room, where Gemma Collins is on hand to oversee the competition.
Explaining the challenge, Gemma tells the Housemates: “Housemates, in front of you is 20 beer mats. The game is simple, the first Housemate to build a tower of beer mats with four levels wins…”
However, not everyone is convinced their chosen representative has what it takes. From the living area, Frankie expresses doubts about Twinks, saying: “Ah Lynx will do this.”
The competition takes an unexpected turn when Big Brother announces a penalty for the blue team after Harry broke the rules the previous day.
“Lynx, Harry broke the rules yesterday… your team will be punished. The red team will have a 30 second headstart.”
With Twinks handed an early advantage, the pressure is on Lynx to catch up. As the task progresses, Rochelle’s frustration becomes increasingly apparent.
“Oh Lynx, for f**ks sake,” she says.
Gemma attempts to encourage the competitors to remain positive, telling them: “…Say some positive affirmations. I am whole. I can do this. I’ve got this. I am light and love. I am calm. I repel negativity. I am whole. I am fabulous.”
But her motivational approach does little to improve Rochelle’s mood, as she responds: “Oh shut up, she’s annoying me.”
With team pride and power at stake, who will come out on top? Will Twinks capitalise on the red team’s headstart, or can Lynx overcome the setback to secure victory for the blues?
Omar and Rhianna’s jealousy continues to simmer
Away from the task, Omar and Rhianna’s relationship remains a source of tension, with a seemingly innocent pampering session prompting questions about double standards.
In the snug, Twinks gives Omar a facial while Rhianna and Yasmin watch from the garden. Yasmin wastes no time drawing attention to the situation, singing: “Omar’s in there with Twinks, getting his face done. Rhianna sat here, she’s not happy.”
Rhianna joins in with the commentary, responding: “No I’m not.”
The pair continue singing: “Goodbye Omar, goodbye Omar, goodbye Omar, goodbye Omar.”
But beneath the playful teasing, Rhianna appears to have a genuine grievance about Omar’s behaviour. She sings about feeling restricted in how she interacts with other male Housemates, explaining: “Rhianna’s walking on eggshells, cause I’m too polite to other boys in here because if anyone else gave me a facial and was really touching my skin, he would flip out.”
Suddenly conscious that their commentary might not be as private as they think, Rhianna stops and asks: “Okay, do you think they can hear?”
A few minutes later, Omar approaches the pair in the garden, seemingly unaware of the conversation that has taken place.
“What you saying, how do I look?” he asks.
Yasmin tells him: “You look good but take a seat here cause you might be in trouble.”
Yasmin then leaves Omar and Rhianna to talk things through.
“Why am I in trouble miss?” Omar asks.
Rhianna explains her concerns, saying: “I’m just saying. If that was me and like Lynx, you wouldn’t like that.”
“Yeah, of course,” Omar admits.
“So then why are you doing it?” Rhianna asks.
Omar responds: “I told you about it.”
Rhianna continues to make her point, saying: “I’m just saying if like Lynx was doing that to me…”
Omar’s response is pointed: “Yeah go on, do it with Lynx.”
Will the exchange help the pair understand each other’s boundaries, or will the jealousy between them continue to cause friction in the House?
Frankie clashes with Rhianna after cutting remark
The tensions do not end there, as Rhianna and Frankie have an awkward exchange in the bedroom that leaves Frankie feeling annoyed.
With the next shopping task on his mind, Frankie begins speculating about what the Housemates might face in the coming days.
“Shopping task gonna be interesting this week…” he says.
Lynx agrees that the theme is anyone’s guess, prompting Frankie to begin thinking aloud.
“Like…”
But Rhianna, who appears tired, interrupts with a brief comment: “I’m tired.”
Frankie is quick to respond: “No one asked. But… I’m thinking the shopping task…”
Lynx laughs at the exchange, saying: “That was so good.”
Rhianna then fires back with a remark that changes the mood.
“Yeah, go back to sleep mate. No one wants to hear you.”
Frankie is taken aback by the comment and responds: “Oh shit. Don’t get nasty now.”
Rhianna refuses to back down, insisting: “I’m not getting nasty, I’m getting real.”
The exchange appears to leave Frankie frustrated. Later, he takes Lynx aside to discuss what happened, whispering: “Rhi pissed me off, you know?”
“Really?” Lynx asks.
Frankie explains what upset him: “Because she went, ‘Oh, no one wants you here.’”
Lynx reacts with disbelief: “What the f**k?”
Frankie continues to vent, saying: “I just thought, ‘You cheeky fker.’… Just like fk off. Just tryna’, she’s just trying to clout chase now.”
With tempers flaring over what began as a casual conversation, the disagreement could create further divisions among the Housemates.
Will Frankie confront Rhianna about her comments, or will the pair move on without escalating the situation?
With a crucial task, relationship tensions and another bedroom clash all on the agenda, tonight’s Big Brother promises plenty of drama as life inside the House becomes increasingly unpredictable.
