How to Enter the Global Cash Call Competition for Free

Global’s Cash Call competition offers life-changing prizes across its network of radio stations (including Heart, Capital, LBC, and Radio X). While paid text and online options are heavily promoted, you do not need to spend money to take part.

Free entries carry the exact same odds of winning as paid text or online routes.

Free Entry Methods

1. Standard Rate Phone Call

You can enter via a standard phone call from a mobile device.

• Phone Number: Call 0343 422 0352.
• Mobile Only: Do not use a landline; entries must originate from a valid UK mobile number so Global can contact you back if drawn.
• How It Works: Call the automated line, listen to the instructions, and press 1 to register your entry.
• Call Cost: Charged at your standard network rate. If you have bundled inclusive minutes on your mobile plan, the call is completely free.
• Entry Limits: You can enter up to 300 times per promotion period via the automated phone system.

2. Global Player Subscriber Perk

If you subscribe to Global Player or associated premium radio streaming services (such as Radio X Plus), you automatically receive 1 free weekly entry included as part of your active subscription benefits.

Important Rules & Eligibility

• Age & Residency: You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the UK to participate.
• Answering the Phone: Draw lines close on Friday afternoons. If your entry is drawn, Global representatives will call you live.
  • The incoming call may display as Unknown, Withheld, or No Caller ID.
  • You must answer your phone live when called. If the call goes to voicemail or remains unanswered, Global will move on to draw a backup winner immediately.
• Equal Odds: Free entries entered via standard phone call or subscription perks are pooled directly into the main prize draw alongside all paid text and web entries.
