Tickets for Heart Christmas Live at the Royal Albert Hall are on sale
Heart Xmas is coming, just as Heart Christmas Live tickets go on sale!
Subscribers to the new Heart+ service – which less you listen to Heart without ads – have had the chance to buy pre-sale tickets yesterday, but don’t worry, because the general tickets all go on sale this morning at 9am!
And to celebrate this brilliant new event at the Royal Albert Hall, wheretowatch.tv can reveal that Heart Xmas, the iconic festive radio station, is set to go live this Monday, 28 September!
Take That, Leona Lewis, Olly Murs and James Arthur have all been confirmed for Heart Christmas Live with NatWest, a spectacular one-night Christmas celebration hosted by Heart Breakfast presenters Amanda Holden and Jamie Theakston.
Tickets for the event go on general sale today, Friday, September 25, giving Heart listeners the chance to secure their place at what is being billed as the station’s biggest Christmas celebration yet.
When does Heart Xmas start?
Heart is getting into the festive spirit earlier than ever, with Heart Xmas launching on Monday, September 28.
The dedicated Christmas station will bring festive favourites to listeners as Heart begins its countdown to the big day.
Fans will be able to listen to Heart via FM, DAB, online and through Global Player, with the festive station providing a soundtrack of Christmas hits throughout the season.

Who is performing at Heart Christmas Live?
Heart has already revealed an impressive first wave of performers for its Royal Albert Hall spectacular.
Take That
Pop legends Take That will be bringing some of their biggest hits to the stage.
With nine number one albums and a catalogue featuring songs including Rule The World, Patience and Greatest Day, the group will be one of the headline acts at Heart Christmas Live.
Leona Lewis
Leona Lewis will also perform at the iconic London venue.
The singer, who has sold more than 35 million records worldwide, is known for hits including Bleeding Love and Better in Time.
She will also perform her much-loved festive hit One More Sleep.
Olly Murs
Heart’s very own Olly Murs will join the line-up, performing some of his biggest songs.
The singer and Heart presenter is known for hits including Heart Skips a Beat and will be bringing his pop anthems to the Royal Albert Hall for the Christmas spectacular.
James Arthur
James Arthur completes the first announced line-up, with the singer set to perform at the festive event.
Arthur has sold more than 30 million records worldwide and has released hits including Impossible and Say You Won’t Let Go.
And that’s not all. More performances, special guests and festive surprises are set to be announced.
When is Heart Christmas Live?
Heart Christmas Live with NatWest will take place at the Royal Albert Hall in London this December.
The event will combine live music, Christmas performances, special collaborations and festive surprises for one huge night.

Tickets for Heart Christmas Live with NatWest are on general sale from Friday, September 25, 2026.

The Royal Albert Hall has a long history of bringing people together for Christmas, with festive events forming part of the venue’s calendar for generations.
