Big Brother has delivered a major boost for ITVX, with the latest series already recording 12.7 million streams – up 50% on the figure achieved after the same number of episodes last year.

The latest figures underline the continued popularity of the ITV2 reality show, which has remained a major talking point during its opening two weeks.
According to figures released by ITV, the current series has generated 12.7 million streams on ITVX, compared with 8.5 million streams recorded after 13 episodes of last year’s series.
The broadcaster has credited the show’s cast, twists and growing tensions with keeping Big Brother at the centre of the conversation since its return.
Linear viewing has also remained strong during the second week of the series, with five of the six episodes increasing year-on-year.
Across the opening two weeks, viewing among 16-34-year-olds has risen by 17%, while last night’s episode became the show’s biggest episode outside of the launch shows since 2024.
The episode attracted 645,000 viewers, an increase of 187,000 viewers or 41% compared with the equivalent episode last year.
The post-show programme Big Brother: The Group Chat also reached a new series high, attracting 244,000 viewers.
Yasmin reaches breaking point in the House of Nothing
Tonight’s episode sees tensions rise further as the Housemates continue to deal with the consequences of the House of Nothing, which has left some residents increasingly frustrated.
Yasmin and Frankie wait outside the Diary Room, with Yasmin becoming increasingly exasperated by the situation.
Frankie says, “How’s life treating you in the Big Brother house? No?”
Yasmin responds, “Let me fking in. It’s the least you can fking do.”
Later, she vents her frustration over the latest challenge, saying, “What’s the fking point in dressing like a shark for two days. Dashing myself in a fking ball pit, for everything to be taken… I can’t keep doing another day of this, I just can’t. I actually can’t keep doing more days of this.”
Her reaction can be heard by the other Housemates in the kitchen, with Johanne asking, “Is she spiralling?”
Pauline replies, “Yeah, she’s crashing out actually.”
Meanwhile, Rob says, “I’m just not feeling it. I could pretend to have a meltdown but, what’s the point, you know.”
In the Diary Room, Yasmin makes clear just how difficult she is finding life in the house.
She says, “Big Brother, I’ve had enough. I’ve had enough. I’ve had enough. I can’t keep going on like this. I can’t keep going like this… it’s a nightmare, it needs to end. We all barely slept last night.”
When Frankie tells her, “I slept well.”, Yasmin responds, “I can’t sleep on that thing… [Frankie laughing] shut up”
She continues, “Not even pots and pans, I still can’t get anything… [Frankie continues laughing] shut up.”
Big Brother then asks Yasmin if she has a question.
Her response is simple: “When does this end?”
The Housemates must now take on a series of challenges in an attempt to win back the contents of the house.
Johanne and Pauline discuss Lynx’s cooking
Elsewhere, Johanne and Pauline discuss Lynx while the other Housemates gather for dinner prepared by Lynx and Omar.
Johanne asks, “What did Lynx make? I saw Lynx made food huh?”
Pauline replies, “I didn’t, I didn’t bother looking in but…”
After discovering that the meal includes chicken, vegetables and potatoes, Johanne appears less than convinced that she will be joining the others.
She tells Pauline, “I have made peace with him but… he won’t find me again.”
Lynx subsequently enters the bedroom and announces, “Time to eat… Time to eat.”
Johanne tells him, “Oh no, I’m good. I had my yogurt. I didn’t know you was cooking for everybody.”
She then jokes about Pauline’s dietary preferences, saying, “Well she [Pauline] definitely will never eat. She is Miss Organic.”
After Lynx leaves, Pauline says, “None of it is organic so…”
Johanne replies, “Yeah, he’s never gonna get you… and he ain’t never gonna get me either… he doesn’t know it but I will never, I’m okay.”
Frankie loses his patience
The pressure of the House of Nothing also gets to Frankie, who finds his belongings and wardrobe inaccessible.
After discovering that the Housemates’ closets have been blocked off, Frankie tears a wooden ‘No Access’ beam from the wall in an attempt to retrieve his toothbrush.
Lynx reacts by saying, “Franko.”
Pauline responds, “Woah.”
Frankie fires back, “Fk off bro.”**
He then explains his frustration, saying, “I want my fking toothbrush…sick of this fking place.”
Pauline admits, “Um, I’m not sure what’s just occurred.”
Lynx tells him, “That’s so silly. Oh Franko.”
Later, Frankie speaks to Philip and Rhianna in the garden about what happened.
Philip asks, “Seriously, it’s just so upsetting… You’re okay?”
Frankie replies, “Mhmm?”
When Philip checks on him again, Frankie admits, “Yeah but I get very angry.”
Philip responds, “I know you do. Let it get out your system. I don’t want you to get in trouble Frankie.”
With tensions continuing to build and the House of Nothing creating fresh challenges for the contestants, tonight’s episode promises another eventful night inside the Big Brother house.
