The Showstopper: Intricate Biscuit Mosaics

The week culminates in a visually demanding Showstopper Challenge, where the bakers must unleash their artistic flair to construct a visually striking biscuit mosaic.

Beyond structural stability and crisp texture, the challenge encourages the contestants to design a piece close to their hearts. With personal memories and nostalgic stories built directly into the dough, viewers can expect an emotional round of judging as the bakers aim to stir up feelings without watching their creations crumble.
